Eligibility for Returns

• Products can only be returned if they are delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used cosmetic products.

Refunds

• Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase (SadaPay, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery refund as agreed).
• In the case of Cash on Delivery, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used cosmetics and beauty products.
• Items purchased on clearance, sale, or promotional discounts unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order details along with clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
  4. Once approved, you may be required to ship the product back to us.
